Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative designer to shape the look, feel, and usability of the Imera app. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven startup and make a tangible impact on the immigrant journey. If you thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment and are passionate about taking things from 0-1, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for the Imera app.
• Design a user-friendly, visually appealing interface aligned with Imera’s brand values.
• Conduct user research and testing to refine design decisions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.

You are:

• Passionate about delivering delightful experiences to customers.
• Detailed oriented with a great tact on UI/UX standards.
• A critical thinker capable of making tradeoffs in a fast paced environment.
• A great communicator and collaborator, capable of creating and running cross-functional processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design for mobile and/or web apps.
